How setup works

  1. Pre-registration

You fill in the form; we call you and talk through how many addresses you need and your old mail.

  2. DNS records

We prepare the DNS records your domain needs (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC). You add them where your domain is managed; if you like, we do it together on the phone.

  3. Addresses

We open your first email addresses; after that you manage new addresses, aliases and passwords in the panel.

  4. Devices and old mail

The setup guide gives the steps for phones and computers. We can move the mail from your old provider to your new addresses.

Where is your data kept?

Email
Your addresses and messages are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany; this is a transfer of personal data abroad. The Personal Data Protection Board’s standard contract that Turkish law provides for such transfers is not signed with Hetzner.
Website, panel and e-contracts
These run on AWS infrastructure in Istanbul. Their backups are encrypted with our key and stored in the AWS Frankfurt (Germany) region; no standard contract is signed for this transfer either.
Traffic
Websites and the panel are delivered encrypted over the Cloudflare (USA) network.

Questions

Can I use my email on my phone?

Yes. Your email addresses work in any mail app over IMAP and SMTP; the setup guide gives the steps for iPhone, Android, Outlook, Mac Mail and Thunderbird, and iPhone and Mac users can download a ready setup profile. There is webmail in the browser too.

Can my email be hosted in Türkiye?

Not today; your email addresses are hosted on a server in Germany. We do not provide email to public bodies or to businesses that run critical infrastructure.

What happens to my old mail?

Mail from your old provider can be moved to your new addresses from the panel; if you like, we do the move for you.

How much space does each address have?

5 GB per address. The package card says how many addresses are included.
