* 1 use: one product, category or project description (with Google title and description), improving or shortening one text, one Google suggestion, alt text for up to 5 product photos, or translating one page or blog post into one language. For products, categories and projects, 1 use covers 3 translations (one translation: one item into one language). Renews on the 1st of each month; unused uses do not carry over. In the first 14 days of a subscription, a quarter is available. On Pro, translating the first 300 items into each extra language of your site does not count against your monthly uses; this is granted once per language, and up to 75 per language can be used in the first 14 days of a subscription.

Pre-registration price

Website and email
If you pre-register and buy within 30 days of the day sales open, your first year is charged at the price on this page.
E-contracts
For e-contracts: if you pre-register and subscribe within 30 days of the day it goes on sale as a separate product, your first 12 months, paid in advance, are charged at the monthly price on this page.

General terms

Payment
Website and email packages are paid yearly, extra languages monthly. E-contracts are shown at a monthly price and paid 12 months in advance; the yearly amount you pay is shown right under the monthly price on each package card. Your subscription has no fixed end; you can cancel at any time. If you cancel an e-contracts subscription, it ends at the end of the current month; if you are a consumer (not buying for your business), your cancellation takes effect within 7 days at the latest. You can send your cancellation or withdrawal notice from the Plan and payment page or by writing to [email protected].
Domain
The domain is a separate item: it appears on its own line of the invoice with its own price. The included domain (.com.tr or .com; premium names excluded) covers the first year and renewals while your subscription continues, and is registered in your name. We share domain prices when you pre-register. You can also buy a domain without a package, or connect a domain you already own.
Refunds
For website and email packages, if you change your mind within 14 days of the day your account is opened (or, if you moved from a trial, of the day your payment is confirmed), we refund your payment in full; if you bought a domain, the domain stays yours and only its price is deducted. For an e-contracts subscription, if you change your mind within the first 14 days of your subscription, we refund the full amount you paid in advance, regardless of how many contracts you have sent. If you cancel later, we refund, without any deduction and within 15 days of cancellation, the price of the remaining full months of the prepaid period, or, if you are a consumer, of the remaining days.
Work without a listed price
For products whose price is not listed here we send a quote. The quote shows the amount with VAT; before you buy, we send the pre-contract information and the contract in writing.
Buying and payment
We take your order through pre-registration. We agree your package and setup date with you by phone and send you the pre-contract information form and the contract in writing before the contract is concluded and before any payment. E-contracts as a separate product are taken by pre-registration; we tell everyone who pre-registered when accounts open. The 30-day period for the pre-registration price starts on the day we notify you by text message or email that card purchase is available.
