What you do in the admin panel

You manage your site, your products and incoming enquiries from one panel. The panel interface is in Turkish.

Build pages from blocks

You put the home page and other pages together from ready-made blocks: slider, cover image, video, map, text, image gallery, product carousel, statistics and more. Drag blocks to reorder them, duplicate them and preview them in desktop and phone views before publishing.

Manage products and catalogues

Enter each product’s name and description separately for every language, or have AI prepare a translation draft that you check and save. Photos, category, technical attributes and sizes live inside the product, and so do the search engine title and description in the “Google’da görünüm” (appearance on Google) section. Upload your PDF catalogues and visitors flip through them on the site.

Keep track of enquiries

Messages from your site’s contact form and from the information request form on product pages are listed in the panel as enquiries and announced to you by email. You see where each enquiry came from, mark it “in progress” or “completed”, and search by name, email, phone or message.

Create addresses on your own domain, set up aliases, and use the device setup guide and webmail from the same panel.

Companies and people in the panel screenshots are examples; the modules switched on depend on your package.

Theme, languages and domain

Theme: Your site is built on a ready-made theme we choose together for your sector during setup.
Languages: Turkish, English, German, French, Russian and Arabic. Any language, Arabic included, can be chosen on every package; the package sets how many you can choose, and Pro includes all six. On Starter and Business each language above the package limit is 500 TL/month (VAT included). You enter content separately for each language, or have AI prepare a translation draft that you check and publish (1 AI use covers 3 product, category or project translations; pages and blog posts take 1 use each; on Pro, translating the first 300 items into each extra language is included).
Domain: We register a new domain in your name or connect the one you already own. The domain appears on its own line of the invoice with its own price.
Legal pages: Your site’s privacy notice, cookie policy and imprint pages are generated in Turkish from a template with the company details you enter in the panel. To publish them in other languages too, you can add your own text for every language, Turkish included, in the panel.
Can I design it myself?: You edit pages with blocks and change the logo, colours and typeface. Axolith is not a tool for drawing a theme from scratch.

Infrastructure and support

Delivery: Sites are served over HTTPS through the Cloudflare network.
Backups: The database and uploaded files are encrypted and stored off the server every day.
Security: After repeated wrong sign-in attempts the account is locked for a while.
Support: On weekdays through a support request in the panel or by email; you can also send change requests on WhatsApp.

Where is your data kept?

Email: Your addresses and messages are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany; this is a transfer of personal data abroad. The Personal Data Protection Board’s standard contract that Turkish law provides for such transfers is not signed with Hetzner.
Website, panel and e-contracts: These run on AWS infrastructure in Istanbul. Their backups are encrypted with our key and stored in the AWS Frankfurt (Germany) region; no standard contract is signed for this transfer either.
Traffic: Websites and the panel are delivered encrypted over the Cloudflare (USA) network.

Questions

Who does the setup?

We do. We set up your site, your domain settings and your email addresses; you make content changes yourself in the admin panel.

What if I change my mind?

For a website package: if you change your mind within 14 days of the day your account is opened (or, if you moved from a trial, of the day your payment is confirmed), we refund your payment in full. If you bought a domain, the domain stays yours and only its price is deducted.

How does support work?

On weekdays through a support request in the panel or by email; you can also send change requests on WhatsApp.

Do you use AI?

Yes, if you want. When preparing your first draft during setup, and in the panel when writing product, category and project descriptions, improving or shortening your texts, getting Google title and description or product photo alt text suggestions, and translating your content into your site’s other languages. Every site package includes a monthly number of uses (Starter 20, Business 60, Pro 200) at no extra charge. For products, categories and projects, 1 use covers 3 translations; on Pro, translating the first 300 items into each extra language does not count against monthly uses. You review and publish the draft and the translation. Processing, including photos, takes place in the European Union (AWS); your data is not used to train AI models. No Board standard contract has been signed for this transfer. Details: privacy notice.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. The database and uploaded files are encrypted and backed up off the server every day.
