Support, maintenance and security access
Version 1.5 · 30.10.2026
This clause is a contractual provision that applies to the service relationship between PERAİST İnşaat Yazılım Danışmanlık Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (MERSIS 0728040533900001; "Axolith") and the company using the Axolith service (the "Customer"), and is accepted by the Customer in the Axolith management panel. By this clause the Customer gives instructions to Axolith, as data processor, on the processing of personal data. If a written subscription or data processing agreement exists between the parties, or is concluded later, this clause forms part of it; in case of conflict on support access, this clause applies unless the later agreement expressly amends it. Any earlier statements made by Axolith in the panel or elsewhere that support staff would not view certain sections are amended by this clause.
Clause — Support, maintenance and security access
1. By this clause, the Customer instructs the authorised support staff of Axolith to access the Customer panel for the purposes of setting up and maintaining the service, fixing errors, fulfilling the Customer’s support requests, responding to security incidents and complying with legal obligations. This access covers all parts of the panel: site content, incoming requests and form records, users, mailbox management, e-contracts and, where available in the panel, job applications and payment records.
2. Axolith uses this access only for the purposes in paragraph 1. It does not process, copy or transfer to third parties the personal data it accesses in the panel for any other purpose, and does not use it for the Customer’s competitors or for its own marketing.
3. Every support session is logged with the code of the staff member, start and end time and the stated reason. The sections listed in paragraph 4 that are opened during the session and the changes made are also logged individually. The log is shown to the Customer in the "Support access log" section of the panel. Logs are kept for 2 (two) years and then deleted. The log does not contain the content of the pages and records opened; for changes, only the name of the changed field is kept, not its new or old value.
4. When the incoming requests, users, e-mail or e-contracts sections, or, where available in the panel, the job applications or payment records sections are opened for the first time in a support session, the Customer’s account owner is notified immediately by e-mail.
5. Operations that may give access to the content of e-mail messages, such as changing a mailbox password or starting a mail migration for a mailbox, may be performed in a support session only on the basis of a support request opened by the Customer for that mailbox or a security incident. The reason and, where based on a support request, the request number are written to the log; the Customer’s account owner and the mailbox user are notified immediately by e-mail. If support staff changed a mailbox password, the Customer can set a new password itself in the panel. Axolith does not store or disclose message content and does not read more than the request requires.
6. Axolith does not change site content without the Customer’s request, except for changes required for maintenance, error fixing and security. New content prepared by Axolith for the Customer is not published unless the Customer approves it. Updates made with information provided by the Customer are applied directly and appear in the "Support access log"; if the Customer reports it within 7 days, Axolith corrects the update free of charge. The Customer is responsible for content it publishes or approves.
7. Under Article 12(4) of Law No. 6698, staff with access rights must not disclose personal data they learn to others contrary to the Law or use it for purposes other than processing; this obligation continues after they leave their position. Staff sign in with two-step verification. A support session lasts at most 60 minutes, closes after 30 minutes of inactivity and opens only on the panel address of the Customer concerned.
8. The Customer may ask for the reason of an access in the "Support access log" section of the panel or at [email protected]. Axolith replies within 5 business days.
9. The parties agree that, in the operations under this clause, Axolith is the Customer’s data processor and is jointly responsible with the Customer for security measures under Article 12(2) of Law No. 6698.
Acceptance
The Customer’s account owner or administrator accepts this clause on behalf of the Customer by confirming it in the Axolith management panel; the Customer may also accept it in writing. The person accepting, the time of acceptance, the version of the text and a digest of the accepted text are recorded.
Version 1.5 only updates Axolith's company name (Turkish Trade Registry Gazette, 28.10.2026, no. 11697); the clause itself is unchanged. A Customer who accepted version 1.4 does not need to accept again.
